Job summary

Mondelez International in Herentals, Belgium seeks a Line Leader to guide a manufacturing line, ensuring safety, quality, cost and delivery targets are met. You will steer line teams, manage planning, and drive continuous improvement with a strong focus on the skills and discipline needed for sustainable line performance.

In this role you will develop teams, oversee maintenance planning and collaborate across departments to maintain production standards and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Master in a technical field or equivalent by experience.
• Min. 5 years relevant production/technical experience.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills with a passion for development.
• Experience with safety, quality and hygiene requirements in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team leaders and technicians to drive line performance.
• Collaborate with quality, safety and CI to meet objectives.
• Organize and supervise production scheduling and adherence to plans.
• Oversee technical budgets and preventive maintenance execution.
• Support process improvement via Kaizen, RCA and related tools.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are followed and audited.
• Communicate and report effectively with the team and other departments.
