We are looking for a LIMS Master Data & Process Administrator Associate to join our Global Analytical Operation department and work with our team based on the UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.

About the role:
You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our Labware LIMS system. Your responsibilities will include ensuring optimal master data management, supporting various laboratory analytical processes, and participating in digital projects involving the LIMS. While your primary focus will be on the Labware LIMS system, you will also have the opportunity to work with other systems such as Discoverant and QlikSense. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and excited about contributing to innovative digital projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure master data configuration schedule and coordination to meet business needs.
  • Configure LIMS master data accurately, including specifications, methods, and sampling plans.
  • Maintain consistency of LIMS data structure across processes and systems (SAP, LDMA, ELN).
  • Contribute to digital projects, ensuring timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Identify and implement solutions to routine problems and participate in improvement projects.
  • Apply the company's Health and Safety policy to ensure a safe working environment.
