Delta Light Group is seeking a Lighting Advisor to design lighting concepts, develop lighting designs for projects, and support production from concept to installation. You will review architectural proposals, prepare budgets, and provide on-site technical support and trainings.

Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus. The role emphasizes initiative, teamwork, and staying ahead of industry trends within a leading luxury lighting brand.

Qualifications

• Degree in lighting design, architecture or interior architecture.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Familiar with Dialux, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Knowledge of SketchUp or 3DS Max and ability to draw manually are advantages.
• Good planning and time management skills as well as priority setting ability.
• Ability to take initiative and work well in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and high motivation.

As Lighting Advisor you design the lighting concept, develop the lighting design and follow up the production process for a given project.

• You design creative and technical lighting solutions for interior and exterior projects in a national context:
• You manage projects from the concept phase to the development and installation phase of the projects;
• You review the architectural interior and exterior proposal of projects;
• You develop project cost budgets (prepare quotations and counter-offers for cross-specification).
• You also technically support colleagues and customers (e.g. trainings, on site assistance, solution finding).
• You stay ahead of trends and introduce them to colleagues and customers.

Profile

• You have a degree in lighting design, architecture or interior architecture.
• You are passionate about the art of lighting.
• You are fluent inEnglish. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• You are familiar with Dialux, Autocad, Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign. Knowlegde of SketchUp or 3DSMax and able to draw manually are advantages.
• You have good planning and time management skills as well as priority setting ability.
• You like totake initiative, continuously learn and work in a team.
• You have excellent communication skills and a high level of commitment and motivation.
