Qualifications

• Experience in Legal Operations, transformation, or process management.
• Strong understanding of legal function in financial institutions or complex environments.
• Interest in AI, technology, and digital transformation.
• Excellent analytical, planning, research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Drive operational excellence by reviewing, optimizing, and implementing legal processes and ways of working.
• Identify opportunities for automation, and continuous improvement across the Legal function.
• Lead strategic projects and change initiatives impacting the Legal department and its stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects using appropriate project management methodologies.
• Translate legal requirements into efficient operational processes and practical solutions.
• Leverage technology, AI, and data-driven approaches to improve Legal operations.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization and build strong working relationships.
• Ensure activities, decisions, risks, and project progress are appropriately documented and communicated.
