Abakus IT-Solutions is seeking a Business / Functional Data Analyst to contribute to a major digital transformation and information systems modernization project. You will analyze legacy/mainframe environments, business processes, data structures, and data flows, and help migrate them to modern platforms.

The role requires strong analytical skills, autonomous yet team-oriented collaboration, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Analysis / Functional Analysis.
• Experience in data modeling, data mapping, and impact analysis.
• Good understanding of legacy/mainframe environments.
• Knowledge of semantic modeling and ontologies.
• Experience with data migration projects.

Responsabilités

• Analyze applications, processes, and data from legacy/mainframe environments.
• Document business logic, rules, data models, and dependencies.
• Perform data mapping, impact analysis, and data modeling.
• Contribute to semantic models and ontologies.
• Analyze logs, audit trails, and operational data.
• Support the migration and functional validation of data and processes.
• Collaborate with business, Data, architecture, development, security, and database teams.
• Participate in workshops with domain experts.
