Job summary

EY is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to own the L&D agenda for Financial Services and Consulting. You will balance strategic thinking with operational execution, ensuring employees receive the right learning opportunities at the right time and a smooth, engaging experience.

You will coordinate training days, manage academies and budgets, and act as the primary contact for learning-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or related HR role.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with learning management systems; SuccessFactors is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of Power BI or interest in HR data/digitalization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize training days from A to Z (logistics, planning, room bookings, participant and trainer communication).
• Manage learning academies, milestone programs and ad hoc learning initiatives.
• Monitor registrations, attendance and absences to ensure a quality learning experience.
• Serve as first point of contact for learning-related questions and system issues.
• Collaborate with local and global Learning teams to implement initiatives.
• Use reporting and data insights to monitor participation, impact, trends and compliance.
• Manage learning budget and monitor training expenses.
• Administer the LMS (SuccessFactors) and ensure accurate records.
• Coordinate L&D in onboarding for new joiners to ensure consistency.

As our Learning & Development Officer, you will take ownership of the L&D agenda for these service lines and become the central point of contact for all learning-related initiatives. Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize training days from A to Z, including logistics, planning, room bookings and communication with participants and trainers.
• Manage learning academies, milestone programs and ad hoc learning initiatives that support employee development throughout their career.
• Monitor training registrations, attendance and absences, ensuring an excellent learning experience for all participants.
• Act as the first point of contact for learning-related questions, requests and system issues from employees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with local and global Learning teams and ensure the successful implementation of global, regional and service line learning initiatives.
• Leverage reporting and data insights to monitor participation, learning impact, development trends and compliance requirements.
• Manage learning budget and monitor training expenses to support effective and efficient learning investments.
• Act as the administrator of the LMS (SuccessFactors), ensuring accurate records and smooth system operations.
• Coordinate the L&D part in our new joiners onboarding program to provide a consistent and engaging onboarding experience for new employees.

Your Profile

• A bachelor's or master's degree.
• Approximately 2 to 4 years of experience within Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR Development or a related HR role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A hands‑on attitude and willingness to combine strategic ownership with operational execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with learning management systems; experience with SuccessFactors is considered a strong asset.
• Knowledge of Power BI or a strong interest in data and digitalization within HR.
