Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced AI engineer to translate business challenges into user stories and deliver secure AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will prototype LLM/RAG features, integrate with cloud platforms, and contribute to reusable accelerators.

Qualifikationen

• Strong Python skills for AI/ML development, APIs, and rapid prototyping.
• Solid SQL and data engineering fundamentals (ETL/ELT, pipelines, APIs).
• Hands-on experience with GenAI concepts: RAG, prompt engineering, agents, embeddings, vector databases.
• Understanding of LLMOps / MLOps basics: deployment, monitoring, evaluation, guardrails.
• Cloud platform familiarity (preferably Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Ability to move from use case definition → prototype → production deployment.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and deliver fast in client environments.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Artificial Intelligence: Designing, building and implementing AI use cases, working with the major vendors, platforms, tools and applications: GPT, Mistral, Azure, CoPilot, Snowflake, Databricks, …;

Your Profile

You have at least 4-5 years of experience:

Must-have skills & capabilities

• Strong Python skills for AI/ML development, APIs, and rapid prototyping
• Solid SQL and data engineering fundamentals (ETL/ELT, pipelines, APIs)
• Hands-on experience with GenAI concepts: RAG, prompt engineering, agents, embeddings, vector databases
• Understanding of LLMOps / MLOps basics: deployment, monitoring, evaluation, guardrails
• Cloud platform familiarity (preferably Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
• Ability to move from use case definition → prototype → production deployment
• Ability to work in ambiguity and deliver fast in client environments

Nice-to-have skills & capabilities

• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or modern lakehouse platforms
• Knowledge of SAP / MES / ERP integration environments
• Experience with FastAPI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks
• Exposure to manufacturing / pharma / supply chain AI use cases
• Understanding of Responsible AI / governance / EU AI Act requirements
• Basic understanding of industrial data platforms like HighByte or FuseFlow
