Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels, part of the Safran Aircraft Engines group, seeks an Operations Manager to lead LEAP Engine LSO activities at Zaventem. You will drive shop visit and repair operations, ensuring safety, quality, cost control and timely delivery while coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain and Customer Support teams.

The role requires an engineering or industrial management background with strong leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

Experience in an operational leadership role within industrial, manufacturing or aerospace environments.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.

Responsabilités

Lead the LEAP Engine Shop Visit and Repair activities ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations while meeting quality, cost and delivery targets.
Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Support and Production Support teams to optimize load-capacity and planning.
Lead, coach and develop the LSO Operations team and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Assist in audits and drive corrective actions, promoting safety and quality throughout the organization.
