Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee LEAP Engine LSO activities, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant operations while meeting quality, cost and delivery targets.

You will lead the LSO Operations and Repair processes, collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain and Production Support, and drive continuous improvement across the organization in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or related technical field.
• Extensive experience in operational leadership within industrial/manufacturing/aerospace environments.
• Fluent in English; Dutch/French a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead LEAP Engine LSO shop visit and repair activities.
• Ensure safe, efficient, compliant operations meeting quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Support and Production Support teams.
• Drive load-capacity balance and support production planning activities.
• Develop and ramp up operations in partnership with Lean and CI teams.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
