GXO Logistics Tilburg site is seeking a Lean Manager to embed Lean principles, coach teams and deliver sustainable process improvements across the operation.
You will lead the Lean program rollout, train staff in Kaizen, 5S and Gemba, collaborate with Operations and QESH, and help build a strong continuous improvement culture.
