Mediahuis is seeking a Solution Owner for Advertising Sales Automation to own the digital solutions behind our advertising sales. You will set方向, manage the backlog, and ensure platforms to sell, plan and place advertising are reliable and scalable across brands.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner or Solution Owner in agile product development with CRM processes and backlog management.
• Knowledge of architecture and integrations across platforms.
• Experience in supplier management.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into priorities.
• Leadership experience in software development teams.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Analytical ability to understand software data flows.

Responsabilités

• Own solutions within Advertising Sales Automation and define priorities.
• Set direction with Business Partner, Delivery Manager and team.
• Oversee backlog, sprint and PI planning with a horizon of three to six twelve months.
• Ensure delivery including scope, planning, capacity, dependencies, and budget.
• Maintain strong architectural and technical knowledge of your solutions and ensure quality.
• Act as first point of contact for your products within TPS and towards Mediahuis entities.
• Manage supplier relationships and discuss product evolution and contractual impact.
• Grow the team through metrics, recruitment and delegated people management.
