Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field.
• 3 years of DNA and RNA sequencing experience.
• Ability to lead a method development project at the bench.
• Sound scientific methodology, autonomy, and problem solving.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Experience in GMP environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sequence nucleic acids with nanopore and RNA sequencing and analyze data.
• Interpret and report results after quality checks of raw data.
• Develop analytical methods up to qualification and validation.
• Present results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external experts and equipment providers for technological innovation.
