Hatlas Export is seeking a Planning Engineer to join a major petrochemical project in Belgium. You will develop detailed schedules, monitor progress, and lead schedule reviews with clients and subcontractors, ensuring milestones are met.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in planning, an engineering degree or chartered engineer status, and proven experience in refinery/oil and gas projects. Fluent English is required, with Dutch knowledge advantageous.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or chartered engineer status.
• 5–7 years in a planning position.
• Experience in refinery/oil and gas/petrochemical projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, spreadsheets and databases.

Responsabilités

• Develop detailed project schedules with the project team.
• Implement progress measurement and monitor performance.
• Coordinate scheduling interfaces between client and subcontractors.
• Prepare schedule forecasts and milestones.
• Lead schedule review meetings with stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Identify scheduling risks and propose corrective actions.
