Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principal Scientist Pharmacometrics to lead population PK/PD analyses and exposure–response modeling across compounds in development. You will author pharmacometrics documents for regulatory submissions and contribute to Model-Informed Drug Development plans under senior guidance, performing day-to-day analyses for assigned programs.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field (or equivalent).
• 2+ years post-doctoral experience or 4+ years MS in relevant area.
• Experience with pharmacometrics modeling and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct population PK/PD analyses to inform dose regimens and study design.
• Develop and execute pharmacometric analyses for Model-Informed Drug Development plans.
• Prepare regulatory submissions and respond to agency questions; present findings at meetings.
