Sia is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to grow our Data team and drive AI product development. You will work on client projects and internal Sia AI initiatives with cross-border collaboration among data scientists and engineering teams.

We value leadership, strong ML fundamentals, and ability to ship production-grade ML/AI solutions while mentoring others and sharing knowledge with clients and the broader team.

Qualifications

• Master’s or MSc in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 2–4 years building production ML/DL pipelines and models.
• Strong ML fundamentals with domain knowledge in CV/DL/NLP.
• Proficient Python and at least one of Scala, C++, or Java.
• Hands-on SQL/PostgreSQL and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with Unix, Git, Docker, Kubernetes in production.
• Big data tech experience (Spark/Hadoop/Databricks).
• Fluent English, French, and Dutch; travel readiness.

Responsabilités

• Lead an internal team to develop AI products and scale solutions.
• Work in multidisciplinary client projects and in-house AI initiatives.
• Make architectural and design decisions for cloud environments.
• Build production ML/AI solutions with solid software engineering.
• Guide Data Scientists to production with optimization and testing.
• Deliver trainings, lead internal meetings, and host events.
• Engage in client workshops and contribute to thought leadership.
