Salve.Inno Consulting is seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreman to join a busy industrial production environment. This hands-on role combines technical troubleshooting with coordinating a small maintenance team to maximise equipment availability.

You will diagnose breakdowns, perform root-cause analyses, and support installation and commissioning of new lines while ensuring safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in industrial technical or production environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanics, electricity and pneumatics.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing industrial production machinery.
• Experience with drives, sensors and pneumatic components.
• Previous leadership or team coordination experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; willingness to work in a 2-shift system.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate a small team of maintenance technicians while actively intervening on technical tasks.
• Analyse, diagnose and resolve breakdowns across production machinery.
• Perform root-cause analysis and escalate complex issues.
• Monitor and register interventions using a ticketing system.
• Discuss solutions with colleagues and participate in shift handovers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in the technical department.
• Optimize format changes and settings on packaging equipment.
• Support installation and commissioning of new production lines.
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support day-to-day operation of production equipment.
