Unique Office represents a client in Ypres, a metal foundry, seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician for a two-shift operation. You will be responsible for electrical and electronic maintenance of the foundry's installations, performing corrective and preventive tasks.

You will diagnose faults, replace defective components, conduct inspections, and work with the foreman on root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Training is provided during onboarding.

For our client in Ypres, a metal foundry, we are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician to work in a two-shift system.

What will you do?

• You will be responsible for the electrical and electronic maintenance of the foundry's installations, both corrective and preventive.
• This includes independently diagnosing faults, malfunctions, and defects, as well as replacing and repairing defective components.
• You will carry out various inspections and checks as part of the preventive maintenance program.
• Together with the foreman, you will analyze the root causes of defects and formulate improvement proposals to support continuous improvement.
• You will perform your tasks with a strong focus on keeping both the installations and the surrounding work environment clean and orderly.
• Acquiring and sharing knowledge with colleagues is an essential part of the role.
• A comprehensive training program is provided as part of the onboarding and development process.
