Job summary

D-ploy GmbH is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a Microsoft 365 security and information protection initiative within an international, highly regulated environment. You will collaborate with cyber security, legal, IT and business teams to drive data classification, DLP and compliant collaboration across the enterprise.

Ideally you bring strong project delivery experience with expertise in Purview and 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), plus PMI/PRINCE2 qualifications and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project management experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven delivery of at least one Microsoft 365 security, information protection or compliance project.
• Experience establishing PMO processes, governance and reporting.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Purview and 365 collaboration tools.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma/life sciences).
• Fluency in English.
• Valid criminal record extract (not older than 3 months).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities across technical implementation, business adoption, governance and compliance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
• Establish and manage project governance, including reporting, risk management and change control.
• Coordinate with technical leads and business analysts to align requirements with delivery.
• Oversee rollout of Microsoft 365 information protection solutions (Purview, labels, DLP).
• Manage testing, readiness and phased deployments, addressing risks.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Legal, IT and business teams for decision making.
• Prepare regular project updates and senior stakeholder presentations.
