Pauwels Consulting is seeking a technical leader to guide an Agile development team through a digital transformation. You will balance architecture with hands-on delivery to drive high-quality cloud-native solutions.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coach developers, and collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to prioritize goals. Strong automation, security, and observability practices are required, with a Dutch C2 proficiency."

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development with .NET/C#.
• 5+ years defining application architecture and design guidelines.
• 5+ years in full-stack development and technical leadership.
• 3+ years with Angular framework.
• 3+ years designing REST/SOAP APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger.
• 3+ years CI/CD with Git, GitHub, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy or Azure DevOps.
• 3+ years Azure cloud and microservices architecture.
• 3+ years in secure coding, testing and observability.
• Strong analytical skills and coaching-oriented leadership.
• Native or bilingual Dutch (C2).

Responsabilités

• Define and safeguard technical architecture and design guidelines.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Lead and coach developers to grow technically and share responsibility.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters on feasibility and sprint goals.
• Design and implement complex cloud-native solutions and integration patterns.
• Manage impediments and drive continuous improvement of the lifecycle.
