Fieldside is seeking a Front-End Consultant located in Edegem, Belgium. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative business applications while collaborating with diverse clients. Your expertise will strengthen the front-end narrative within CraftCode.

As a front-end consultant, you’ll work with various clients where you’re responsible for developing and implementing innovative business applications. On top of that, you’ll play a crucial role in strengthening the front-end narrative within CraftCode.

• Knowledge sharing: You have strong communication skills and take the initiative to share knowledge with the team — whether that’s organising workshops or facilitating internal training sessions.
• Technical leadership: You’re involved in conducting technical job interviews.
• Expert in your craft: As Lead Front-End Developer, you’re the go-to person for colleagues with front-end related questions and you provide support on complex technical challenges. You also keep a close eye on the latest technology trends.

Your technical toolkit

• You have broad knowledge of various front-end frameworks (Angular, React, etc.). You don’t need to be an expert in one specific framework, but you’re able to work flexibly with a range of tools and technologies.
• You have a keen eye for design and user experience.
• You’re familiar with DevOps in the context of front-end development.
• You have experience setting up and leading projects.
