Job summary

Swift seeks a Lead Network Engineer to own and evolve DNS, NTP, and IPAM across global sites. You’ll design, implement, test, and operate critical DNS/NTП services, collaborating with multiple squads to ensure reliability.

Based in La Hulpe, Belgium, this hybrid role requires on-site presence two days per week, and entails 24x7 on-call rotations with a focus on Infoblox DDI, BIND and NTP technologies, plus automation with Ansible and CI/CD tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a technical discipline or significant equivalent experience.
• 11+ years of specialized technical experience can substitute a degree.
• 5+ years hands-on Infoblox DDI and DNS engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage authoritative and recursive DNS services with Infoblox DDI NIOS and BIND.
• Oversee DHCP, IPAM and DNS security features (RPZ, DNS Firewall, TLS).
• Lead NTP deployment and administration across global sites; participate in on-call rotations.
• Automate IP allocation and DNS updates via REST APIs (WAPI) and Ansible/Terraform.
• Plan non-disruptive NIOS upgrades and hardware refreshes; maintain technical docs.
