Job summary

Hatch Group, a Belgian digital product studio in Leuven, is seeking a Lead Developer to join our close-knit team. You’ll collaborate with clients, designers and engineers to shape products from idea to launch, focusing on building the right product the right way.

We value a solid CS/Software Development foundation, hands-on systems design, and strong agile practices to balance delivery with quality. This role requires in-office presence in Leuven.

As a Lead Developer you'll sit at the heart of our process. You will work closely with clients, designers and developers to make sure we're building the right product, and building it the right way.

Hatch is an independent Belgian Digital Product Studio specialised in designing and building tailor-made digital solutions.

Our focus lies on greenfield products, helping clients turn ideas into scalable digital experiences by guiding them from strategy and design to development and launch.

We work with an international client base, partnering with both ambitious startups and established brands to create products with lasting impact.

What you'll do

As a Lead Developer you'll sit at the heart of our process. You will work closely with clients, designers and developers to make sure we're building the right product, and building it the right ways.

Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, with experience designing and building complex systems.

Someone with a strong grasp of agile practices and project management, skilled at balancing value creation with process.

Someone who is comfortably commuting to our office in Leuven (Belgium). At this time, we are not considering fully remote candidates.
