  • Provide technical input into safety case development and related justifications.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across Europe to ensure high‑quality delivery.
  • Contribute to proposal development, scoping, and technical input for bids.
  • Assist in identifying follow‑on work and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Participate in client meetings, reviews, and technical discussions when required.
  • Support the visibility and growth of Jensen Hughes’ nuclear services in the region.
  • Work alongside senior consultants to develop project approaches and methodologies.
  • Share knowledge and provide informal guidance to more junior engineers.
  • Engage with international stakeholders and offices as part of a global delivery model.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher in Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field) from an accredited university.
  • At least 15 years of post‑graduation experience in a nuclear safety expert role, particularly in developing probabilistic safety assessment models.

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and navigating ambiguities and uncertainties.
  • Commercial acumen, able to contribute to proposals, pricing, and strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in nuclear power plant engineering, systems, licensing, operations, advanced nuclear technologies, or similar technical areas is highly desirable.
  • Experience in engineering consulting.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently, would be advantageous.
  • Strong business development skills, with a track record of winning and growing client accounts.
  • Dutch language proficiency required.
