Pringles, at the Mechelen factory, is seeking an Initiatives Launch Leader to reinforce the Launch Team and drive CQV activities on site.
You will qualify mechanical scope, assist VAT, and collaborate with contractors to resolve issues while documenting outcomes. Flexibility for shifts and strong SAP/MMIS knowledge are essential.

Pringles is part of Mars Inc. The factory in Mechelen, your future workplace, is one of the largest and most important Pringles production sites in the world. In Belgium, approximately 670 employees work for the company.
You will be responsible for supporting the execution of CQV (Commissioning, Qualification & Verification) processes.
You will work closely with the Startup Team to qualify and verify the mechanical scope or PC & IS. You will help create checklists for static and dynamic checks.
You will help troubleshoot issues and work together with contractors to resolve them. You will also document the issues and their resolution.
The role requires supporting Vendor Acceptance Testing (VAT) prior to the installation phase of the project.
The position also involves administrative tasks and maintaining updates in the spare parts database. You should be comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools.
You have a degree in Industrial Engineering.
You are able to work independently as well as collaboratively. You are a strong team player and manage your time efficiently.
You are familiar with SAP, MMIS, P & IDs, Vault, technical documentation, and similar tools.
You are able to achieve targets and provide both technical and operational support.
You are comfortable working in an organisation where priorities can change frequently.
Experience with IO, IQ/OQ and PQ is a plus.
Knowledge of Dutch is required.
The Launch Leader will primarily work during daytime hours but must be flexible and willing to work non-routine schedules (including shifts) during the CQV phases. Travel may be required to support VATs.
