Axis Group is seeking a meticulous KYC Reviewer to conduct first-line checks on customer profiles and transactions, acting as a bridge between sales and compliance.

You will monitor activities daily, perform ad hoc checks on high-risk clients, draft manuals, and provide training. Master’s degree with 3+ years in KYC/KYT/AML, plus fluent Dutch, French and English, and willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsabilités

• Perform first-line checks on customer profiles and transactions (KYC and KYT).
• Monitor customer profiles and transactions daily, including processing lists of transactions.
• Perform ad hoc checks, focusing on higher risk customers.
• Bridge between sales and compliance; consult regularly with both teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, draft manuals, and provide training.
• Handle priorities flexibly and adapt quickly to changes in tasks.
• Remain vigilant regarding risk factors such as large unsubstantiated transactions, foreign assets, and clients in public or political office.
• Communicate with the compliance team regarding escalations and updates on procedures.

• You will perform first-line checks on customer profiles and transactions (KYC and KYT).
• You will monitor customer profiles and transactions on a daily basis, including processing lists of transactions.
• You will perform ad hoc checks, with a special focus on customers with a higher risk profile.
• You will serve as a bridge between the sales and compliance departments, consulting regularly with both teams.
• You proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, draft manuals, and provide training.
• You handle priorities flexibly and adapt quickly to last-minute changes in your tasks.
• You remain vigilant regarding risk factors, such as large unsubstantiated transactions, foreign assets, and clients in public or political office.
• You actively communicate with the compliance team regarding escalations and updates on procedures.

The ideal candidate

• Holds a master's degree and has at least 3 years of experience in the field of KYC/KYT/AML.
• Can work effortlessly both as part of a team and independently.
• Has a keen eye for detail, demonstrates unparalleled precision, and possesses strong analytical skills.
• Is reliable, responsible, and demonstrates initiative.
• Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Has an excellent command of Dutch, as well as a good knowledge of French and English.
