ING Belgium is seeking a Chapter Lead for Analytics & KYC to drive end-to-end delivery of KYC processes across multiple journeys. You will lead a chapter of engineers, coach teams, and collaborate with Product Leads and Architects to shape roadmaps and standards.

You will hire talent, optimize squad setups, and ensure quality, security, and observability across all assets while aligning with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• 8+ years designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications.
• 5+ years building and leading engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Deliver successful KYC processes across multiple journeys.
• Lead and mentor engineers within the Analytics & KYC IT area.
• Collaborate with Product Leads, IT Integrators, Solution Architects and Lead Engineers.
• Ensure delivery adheres to coding standards, CI/CD, security and observability.
