Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Support Officer to join client-site KYC/AML remediation and onboarding projects. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will drive onboarding reviews, AML alert processing, and risk-based remediation in the 1st Line of Defense.

You will collaborate with business teams, prepare validation sheets, analyze documents, and contribute to monthly statistics. Fluency in English plus French and Dutch is required, with hybrid work (minimum 3 days on-site).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in KYC/AML preferred, ideally in financial institutions or fintechs.
• Operational knowledge of AML/CFT regulations (Belgian and EU).
• Experience with screening tools and client databases.

Responsabilités

• Review onboarding files (UBOs, documents) for medium/high risk merchants.
• Log and classify AML alerts; investigate atypical cases and escalate.
• Participate in client portfolio recertification and data verification.
• Contribute to monthly statistics and process improvements.
