Expleo is a global engineering, technology and consultancy partner, offering a comprehensive range of services across 30 countries. The role focuses on KYC/AML/CDD, client onboarding, and regulatory compliance with collaboration across Compliance, Operations and Relationship Managers.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 3+ years in KYC/AML, strong analytical abilities and fluent English; Dutch or French is mandatory for this position based in Belgium.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in KYC, AML, Compliance, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Good knowledge of KYC / AML / CDD and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with risk assessment, data validation and process analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.
• Fluency in Dutch or French is mandatory.
• Good command of English.

Responsabilités

• Analyze KYC, AML and CDD requirements.
• Review client ownership structures and UBOs.
• Perform KYC documentation and gap analysis.
• Support client onboarding and recertification processes.
• Gather and document business and regulatory requirements.
• Work with Compliance, Operations, Relationship Managers and other stakeholders.
• Validate the quality, completeness and consistency of KYC information.
• Support sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening.
• Contribute to risk assessments and KYC decision‑making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and regulatory changes.
• Prepare business requirements, process flows and user stories.
