Vector Synergy is seeking an experienced policy and CIS security specialist to support the NATO NHQC3S-CDO in Brussels. You will contribute to knowledge management and develop CIS security directives under strategic guidance, with limited supervision.

The role requires project management education and proven ability to write technical CIS policy, with attention to NATO policies, directives and guidance. This on-site position offers exposure to international governance and cyber defense standards.

Qualifications

• Project management education.
• Technical knowledge on CIS security.
• Experience in writing technical CIS policy.

Responsabilités

• Providing effectively and efficiently services under strategic direction with minimal supervision, focusing on Knowledge Management and CIS Security policy revision.
• Providing executive advice on CIS Security directives, referencing NATO policies, directives and guidance; drafting recommendations and papers.
• Supporting revision of CIS Security policies and briefing at relevant meetings and substructure meetings.
