Spektrum in Belgium seeks an experienced Cyber Risk Manager to support NATO NCIA and related agencies. You will identify security risks, assess threats, and coordinate risk considerations between CISPIA, the CISOA, the CISP and the SAA.

You will develop KPI and KRI metrics, prepare SRM and SRA documentation, and manage risk in accreditation packages. The role leads a risk management team covering physical security, information security, threat assessment, and CIS security.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Cyber Risk management with NATO or industry practice.
• Extensive experience using risk management and assessment tools.

Responsabilités

• Identify scope and objectives of security risk assessments.
• Coordinate risk considerations between CISPIA, CISOA, CISP and the SAA.
• Determine assets that contribute to mission and their value.
• Identify threats, vulnerabilities, and prioritize risks.
• Identify security measures to mitigate risk.
• Collect and track risk information for knowledge base.
• Develop KPI and KRI for risk management.
• Produce SRM reports describing objectives, asset/threat/vulnerability summaries, and residual risk.
• Compile and manage Security accreditation documents (SRM, SRA, SecOPs, SRS, SSRS, STVP).
• Lead risk management team across physical security, information security, threat assessment, and CIS security.

The NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) is responsible for providing secure and effective communications and information technology (IT) services to NATO's member countries and its partners. The agency was established in 2012 and is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.

The NCIA provides a wide range of services, including:

• Cyber Security: The NCIA provides advanced cybersecurity solutions to protect NATO's communication networks and information systems against cyber threats.
• Command and Control Systems: The NCIA develops and maintains the systems used by NATO's military commanders to plan and execute operations.
• Satellite Communications: The NCIA provides satellite communications services to enable secure and reliable communications between NATO forces.
• Electronic Warfare: The NCIA provides electronic warfare services to support NATO's mission to detect, deny, and defeat threats to its communication networks.
• Information Management: The NCIA manages NATO's information technology infrastructure, including its databases, applications, and servers.

Assistance and Advisory Service (AAS)

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is NATO’s principal C3 capability deliverer and CIS service provider. It provides, maintains and defends the NATO enterprise-wide information technology infrastructure to enable Allies to consult together under Article IV, and, when required, stand together in the face of attack under Article V.

To provide these critical services, in the modern evolving dynamic environment the NCI Agency needs to build and maintain high performance-engaged workforce. The NCI Agency workforce strategically consists of three major categorise's: NATO International Civilians (NIC)'s, Military (Mil), and Interim Workforce Consultants (IWC)'s. The IWCs are a critical part of the overall NCI Agency workforce and make up approximately 15 percent of the total workforce.

Role Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify the scope and objective of NDWC's security risk assessments;
• Coordinate risk considerations between the CISPIA, the CISOA, the CISP and the SAA;
• determine which physical, personnel and information assets contribute to the fulfilment of the mission of a CIS or an organisation's mission;
• determine the asset's prioritization based on the assets value to the organization, identify threats and vulnerabilities to the risk environment and their level;
• identify existing and required security measures to mitigate the risk;
• collect, and track risk information to streamline sharing and act as a knowledge base for future reference;
• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Risk Indicators(KRI);
• Develop the following:
• a Security Risk Management (SRM) Report, including the objective and scope of the security risk assessment, and asset, threat, and vulnerability summary,
• a description of the security measures to be implemented,
• a description of the residual risk, and the processes for ongoing security risk management;
• Manage and develop the risk management part of each CIS security accreditation document set consisting of:
• the SRM report, Security Risk Assessment (SRA),
• Security Operating Procedures (SecOPs),
• Security Requirement Statement (SRS), which is formulated for specific CIS (SSRS), and tested by a Security Test and Verification Plan (STVP);
• lead and coordinate the risk management team from stakeholders from the organisational components responsible for the following:
• (a) physical security;
• (c) security of information;
• (d) threat assessment;
• (e) CIS security; and

Essential Skills, Experience and Certifications

• 3 years of experience in Cyber Risk management working with NATO Cyber risk management process or industry Cyber risk management process
• Extensive experience using risk management and assessment tools

Desirable Skills, Experience and Certifications

• Master's degree in relevant field
• Experience with PILAR risk management assessment tool

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
