Jumbo Belgium is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist in Boom to manage customer dossiers, coordinate daily logistics follow-up, and maintain proactive communication with clients. You will ensure accurate reporting and strive for exceptional customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams and reporting to the Customer Services Manager.

The role requires Dutch and French language skills, basic English, and strong MS Office/Excel proficiency.

• Strong administrative skills and accuracy

• Able to switch between priorities
• Proficient in Dutch and French, basic English
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
• Willing to undergo extensive training
• Calm under pressure and maintain overview
• Enthusiastic and team-oriented

Responsabilités

• Manage customer files from A to Z and be the main contact for customers
• Coordinate daily follow-up of logistics services and liaise between internal teams
• Maintain proactive contact with customers via phone and email and build lasting relationships
• Identify customer needs and provide fast, solution-oriented support
• Prepare schedules and monitor progress of active files
• Process and analyze data and provide clear reporting
• Contribute to a strong customer experience and high customer satisfaction
• Apply our vision daily with a flexible, professional, service-oriented approach
• Report directly to the Customer Services Manager
