RANDSTAD is looking for a candidate in WIJGMAAL.
This is a part-time job, 32 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.
Language Skills
- Dutch (very good)
- Or equivalent experience
- Technical secondary education - 3rd grade: Youth and disability care
- Technical secondary education - 3rd grade: Personal care

- Limited experience (less than 2 years)
Job Description
- You will have job security from 15/09 to 31/10, with possible extension until April 2026 or a permanent contract.
- The earliest shift is at 7am and the latest shift ends at 6pm.
- You will replace two child caregivers (one on leave and one on maternity leave) for a minimum of 32-40 hours and anything in between.
- You are expected to be available 5 days a week.
- You have a sense of what children need.
- You have a recognized diploma.
- You enjoy teamwork.
- You understand and speak Dutch for conversations with parents and children.
- You will care for children aged 0-3 years, along with your colleagues.
- You will discuss the best approach and care for each child with the parents.
- You will ensure that children and their parents feel at home in the daycare.
- You are attentive to hygiene and safety.
- You will work between 7am and 6pm.
- You will prepare meals and feed the children.
- You will maintain the living spaces and textiles for the children.
- You will organize play activities and help with developmental and learning activities.
- You will interact with a diverse group of children, families, externals, and colleagues.
- You will help the children learn daily routines.
- You will welcome and care for the children upon arrival.
- You will observe the children's behavior and evolution, and inform the parents, family, and teachers.
Public transportation: bus possible, train not possible.
Free parking in the streets around the daycare.
