Overview

About the Position

We have an exciting opportunity as Key Account Manager Trade BeLux to make a difference in the company. The position is part of the Benelux Business Unit, reports into the Sales Manager and has a lot of exposure to internal senior partners.

No day is the same! The Account Manager Trade takes ownership of:

  • You are on the road to nurture relationships and grow sales, starting from a clear understanding of the customer, their customers and our competitive environment.
  • You will be visiting different wholesalers throughout BeLux that serve or potentially serve the Kraft Heinz portfolio with our beloved brands.
  • Delivering excellent sales performance based on targets. Establish annual, quarterly monthly, and weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
  • Supervising and evaluating our Annual Operating Plan (agreements, pricing, new products & innovation listings).
  • Evaluate customer and category development and provide advice in how to improve further.
  • Building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.

Qualifications

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Finance or Hotel Management.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and French is required.
  • At least 3-5 years of meaningful work experience in Foodservice account management.
  • Experience with independently handling year deals with wholesalers.
  • You are an Owner! You are responsible for your own customers.
