Colgate-Palmolive Belgium in Brussels invites you to join a six-month Sales internship as a Key Account Manager Assistant to kick-start your career with leading brands such as Colgate, Elmex, Palmolive. You will support administrative follow-up, promotions analysis, and meetings preparation to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Master 1 or 2 in Business School preferred.
• Fluency in both French AND English is required, both written and orally.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides is essential.
• Previous experience in Sales and/or in FMCG are considered a plus.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, sense of initiative and attention to detail.
• Autonomous, proactive and able to take charge of projects.

Responsibilities

• Administrative follow-up of the customer(s) to ensure that commercial strategies and execution plans are implemented at a central level as well as in the store.
• Administrative follow-up of the assortment through (re)launches of new products and the promotional customer plan.
• Development and maintenance of an interface facilitating the monitoring of promotions and new products with customer service & supply chain.
• Help with the preparation of meetings with the various customers.
• Preparation and participation in monthly meetings with our sales force.
• Commercial development of the customer(s) through analysis and monitoring of category markets, incl.recommendations and follow-ups of our major initiatives. Monitoring of the business plan for the different categories and within the brands.
• Analysis of sales results and more specifically promotions implemented at the distributors mention.
• Follow-up of sales forecasts.
• The study of assortments and optimization recommendations.
• Help in recommending and implementing promotional plans and innovations.
