Job summary

Rock.estate is seeking a Junior Technical QA / Support Engineer to test product flows, investigate bugs, and collaborate with engineers to improve our web applications used by financial and real estate professionals.

This hybrid role combines QA, support, and product investigation. You will reproduce issues, write bug reports, help classify problems, and work with frontend, backend, and DevOps teams while growing toward QA automation and broader technical ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA testing and bug tracking.
• Ability to reproduce and document issues clearly.
• Familiarity with web applications and frontend/backend concepts.
• Excellent written communication for bug reports and user-facing issues.

Responsibilities

• Test product flows and identify regressions before release.
• Reproduce, document, and triage bugs from users or internal teams.
• Help determine whether problems are frontend, backend, data, or configuration related.
• Support technical hotline by gathering context before escalation.
• Write clear bug reports with steps to reproduce and notes.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, DevOps, product, and customer teams.
• Contribute to E2E tests as QA automation evolves.
• Build product knowledge and grow toward ownership in QA/engineering.
