BDO Belgium is seeking a Junior Tax Consultant in Brussels to support the team with tax reviews, client advice and quarterly tax processes. You will start by assisting your manager, checking work and coordinating with the Accountancy team for preliminary tax reviews.

You will bring a Master’s in taxation, strong Dutch/English skills (French a plus) and a proactive, collaborative mindset, with flexible hours and opportunities to work from home or a nearby office.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in taxation (or closely related field).
• Excellent command of Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Flexibility and ability to juggle multiple deadlines and files.
• Strong planning, accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing tax data.
• Willingness to learn and attend tax seminars and events.

Responsabilités

• Finish up a file for the manager and check it for errors.
• Check preliminary version of the quarterly tax review with the Accountancy team.
• Prepare advice on tax questions and review tax returns for clients.
• Ensure expenditures follow proper tax procedures and maintain accuracy.
