Qualifications

• Vocational secondary education in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Starter/junior profile or up to 2 years of experience in IT systems or network environment.
• Interest in working in a structured, secure operational IT environment.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day system and network operations.
• Assist with system maintenance and monitoring.
• Provide first- and second-line support for users.
• Monitor hardware health and infrastructure.
• Support network operations including LAN/WAN.
