Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and self-management skills.

Responsabilités

  • Manage supply chain activities for clinical trial materials from planning through final batch disposition.
  • Execute and monitor MRP-related activities, including purchase order and stock transfer order management.
  • Participate in material movement planning and supply review meetings.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and accurate documentation.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, including the disposition of expired materials.
  • Serve as a point of contact for operational supply-related inquiries.
  • Support packaging and planning operations to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Investigate and resolve purchasing, inventory, fulfillment, and operational issues.
  • Manage vendor interactions and coordinate issue resolution when required.
  • Contribute to deviations, investigations, change controls, and other quality-related activities.
  • Generate, analyze, and report KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, compliance, and data quality.

Profile
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and self-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and information gathering.
  • Comfortable using various digital tools, including AI-powered solutions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience or internship in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing operations, or clinical trial supplies.
  • Understanding of inventory management and supply planning processes.
  • Experience working in a GMP or other regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of clinical research or clinical trial operations is an asset.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
