You will join the BELHEALTH cohort study team to disseminate research findings and support policy through clear communication.

The Jr. Scientist will produce content for websites and social media, create infographics and policy briefs, and help recruit and retain cohort participants, while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Master degree in the humanities or communication sciences (or other).
• Experience communicating/valorizing scientific research in health policy and well-being.
• Good command of research methodology (epidemiological).
• Technical skills: interpretation of health indicators; knowledge of graphic design and multimedia tools.
• Experience with R is a plus.
• Team player; ability to work independently; proactive and precise.
• Fluent in French and Dutch; strong English skills.

Responsabilités

• Creating content for the website and social media; drafting newsletters and press releases; planning and organizing a workshop.
• Translating research findings into infographics, government policy briefs and recommendations.
• Reviewing recommendations and initiatives in health and social policy related to well-being.
• Conducting research on participant retention; developing recruitment and retention strategies for the cohort.
