IQVIA Belgium is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join the Site Management team. You will monitor sites, manage recruitment plans and ensure data quality across studies, while maintaining TMF/ISF documentation and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a science or health-care degree, 2+ years CRA experience, and fluency in Dutch, French and English, with willingness to travel within Belgium.

Qualifications

• University degree in a scientific or health care field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Excellent command of Dutch, French and English; Belgium-based.
• Strong IT skills and ability to manage multiple sites.
• Willingness to travel and work in a regulated environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform site monitoring visits in accordance with GCP/ICH and contracted scope.
• Support site recruitment tracking and data quality across studies.
• Administer protocol training and maintain regular communication with sites.
• Ensure TMF/ISF accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare visit reports, follow‑up letters and study documentation.
• Collaborate with study team members for project execution.
