In4Matic is seeking a Junior Functional Analyst to support the rollout of an SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (O2C) template. You will work closely with business, IT, and SAP professionals to understand how configuration affects O2C processes and to support testing and rollout activities.

The role emphasizes learning SAP S/4HANA, building knowledge in Order Management, Billing, and Finance integration, and communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

Function

We’re looking for a Junior Functional Analyst to join our client’s team and support the rollout of an existing SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (O2C) template. This is a strong opportunity for someone at the beginning of their functional career who wants to develop hands-on SAP expertise while working closely with business, IT, and experienced SAP professionals.

You’ll support business users throughout testing and rollout activities, help answer functional questions, and gradually develop a solid understanding of how SAP S/4HANA configuration impacts O2C business processes. The environment follows a template-driven, fit-to-standard approach, with a strong focus on knowledge sharing and standardized processes.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for O2C processes.
• Acting as a first point of contact for functional questions.
• Analysing issues, clarifying expected system behaviour, and guiding users.
• Working with senior Functional Analysts and IT teams to follow up on questions and defects.
• Building functional knowledge of Order Management, Billing, and Finance integration.
• Learning how SAP S/4HANA configuration influences business processes and system behaviour.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a junior consultant with a strong interest in business processes and the ambition to develop further within the SAP functional domain.

• First exposure to SAP, ERP, or functional analysis is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong interest in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and business processes.
• Business process understanding is more important than technical SAP knowledge.
• Experience with UAT, SIT, or business testing is considered an advantage.
• Exposure to O2C or P2P processes is a plus.
• Comfortable communicating with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Clear, structured, and pragmatic communication style.
• Curious and analytical, with the ability to ask the right questions and proactively follow up.
• Motivated to learn SAP S/4HANA and understand the relationship between configuration and process behaviour.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic rollout environment.
• International or multi-country project experience is an advantage.
• No SAP configuration or technical development experience is required.
