V-IT NV is seeking a Junior Functional Analyst to support the SAP S/4HANA O2C rollout. You will relieve business pressure during UAT, answer functional questions, and gradually build deep understanding of how O2C is configured in SAP S/4HANA.

This is an excellent growth role for someone aiming to become SAP functional expert. The role focuses on learning through hands-on engagement, collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, and participation in rollout activities across Europe as the SOP

Junior Functional Analyst – SAP S/4HANA O2C (SOP Program)

Program Context:

• Program: SOP (Sales Optimization Project)
• Scope: Roll-out of an existing SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (O2C) template for Motorcycles
• Initial countries: Iberia & Poland, with rollout throughout Europe for Motorcycle
• Future scope: Gradual roll-out to additional EU countries in the coming years and extension of template (including other divisions Car, MC, PP)
• Environment: SAP S/4HANA, template-driven, fit-to-standard approach
• Delivery model: Close collaboration between Business, IT, and functional SAP teams (service integrator)

This role is part of a long-term roll-out journey, where knowledge build-up and continuity are key.

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a Junior Functional Analyst to support the business during the roll-out of the SAP S/4HANA O2C template. The primary focus is to relieve business pressure during UAT, support day-to-day questions, and gradually build a strong functional understanding of how the O2C setup works in SAP S/4HANA. This is an excellent learning role for someone eager to grow into SAP functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• UAT & Business Support:
  • Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for O2C processes
  • Act as a first point of contact for functional questions from the business
  • Help analyze issues, clarify expected system behavior, and guide users
  • Work closely with senior functional analysts and IT teams to follow up on defects or questions
• Functional Understanding & Learning:
  • Build hands-on knowledge of O2C processes (Order Management, Billing, Finance integration)
  • Learn how the SAP S/4HANA configuration affects business processes and behavior
  • Support functional documentation and knowledge transfer
  • Gradually become familiar with template constraints and standardized processes
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Translate business questions into clear input for IT and functional teams
  • Communicate clearly with non-technical business users
  • Participate in workshops, testing sessions, and rollout activities
  • Support future country roll-outs by reusing lessons learned

Required Profile:

• Experience & Skills:
  • Junior profile (first SAP exposure or early functional experience is sufficient)
  • Strong interest in business processes, especially Order-to-Cash
  • Comfortable working with both business and IT stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills (clear, structured, pragmatic)
  • Ability to ask the right questions and follow up proactively
• Mindset:
  • Eagerness to learn SAP S/4HANA and understand how configuration drives process behavior
  • Curious and analytical mindset
  • Willing to dive into functional setup discussions (no configuration ownership required)
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving rollout environment
• Technical Knowledge:
  • No technical or configuration skills required
  • SAP experience is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Business process understanding is more important than tool knowledge
• Nice to Have (Optional):
  • Exposure to SAP, ERP, or O2C/P2P processes
  • Experience supporting testing activities (UAT, SIT, business testing)
  • International or multi-country project exposure
