After completing intensive training through our Sales School and shadowing one of our Senior Sales Representatives during their client meetings, your mission will be to take full ownership of the sales cycle. Here are the responsibilities you’ll take on:
- Prospecting: Actively identify potential clients and establish direct contact. Always stay on the lookout for new opportunities.
- Needs qualification: Ask the right questions, listen actively, and craft tailor-made, value-added solutions aligned with the prospect's needs.
- Personalized demonstration: Present the solution in detail to decision-makers, adapting your presentation to their specific questions and requirements.
- Negotiation: Discuss the strategy and your leeway internally. If negotiations are required, handle them independently with the potential client.
- Contract signing: Celebrate the success when the prospect officially becomes your client.
- Kick-off follow-up: Maintain regular contact with Easi’s project managers to ensure a high-quality follow-up of sales and facilitate a smooth transition to the consultants.
- Work closely with your colleagues across both technical and business domains to achieve sales objectives.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of clients by closely monitoring their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Achieve semi-annual goals both individually and as part of a team.
Must-have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business, or Economics: A strong academic background in management, business, or economics provides a solid foundation for understanding key industry concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and active listening skills: These are essential for anticipating and addressing market demands effectively.
- Proactivity and autonomy
