UBQ.io is seeking a proactive Junior Procurement Specialist to support end-to-end procurement documentation, vendor management, and data integrity. You will drive process automation and maintain contract repositories while coordinating with finance and stakeholders.

The role focuses on improving procurement workflows, handling signatures, invoicing, and supplier negotiations in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement support, operations, or a highly transferable administrative/operations role.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Experience with or a strong interest in low-code automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Procurement Document & Compliance Management: manage signatures flow including NDAs.
• Invoicing & Payments: gather invoices, obtain approvals, resolve payment issues.
• Contract Repository: maintain centralized repository for agreements.
• Staff Augmentation Support: streamline documents for staff augmentation needs.
• Sourcing & Data Maintenance: perform market research and maintain data accuracy.
• Negotiation & Procurement Support: assist or lead negotiations with suppliers.
• Procurement Process Optimization & Knowledge Management: propose and implement process improvements and document policies.
