COSMOTE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS NV is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive delivery across IT projects in an international setting. You will oversee planning, governance, reporting, and resource management, guiding teams on PM methods and ensuring alignment with sponsors.

You will coach teams in Agile practices, maintain Power BI/Power Automate dashboards, and collaborate across functions to meet milestones while ensuring cost controls and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• PMO experience and successful delivery of IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and governance.
• Capability to coach teams on project management.
• Proven stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication essential.
• Experience presenting to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work in an international, multicultural setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Excel.

Responsabilités

• Oversee project delivery with planning, coordination and resources.
• Maintain PMO tooling and dashboards (Power BI, Power Automate, Jira, SharePoint).
• Guide teams on chosen management methodology and review deliverables.
• Support IT governance compliance for projects.
• Review estimates, timelines and resource needs.
• Prepare and maintain project plans with regular reports.
• Monitor costs, timescales and deviations, propose actions.
• Define and manage change control procedures with sponsors.
