NTU International A/S invites applications from motivated professionals for the Junior Monitoring & Evaluation Expert role within the Cooperation Facility to support EU initiatives in Lesotho. The position offers short-term, on-demand mobilisations across a 48-month project starting January 2027.

Responsibilities include supporting monitoring missions, data collection, reviewing indicators and project performance, and preparing monitoring reports with results analysis.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho.”

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start January 2027). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Lesotho.
