Belgie Vacature is seeking Junior Maintenance Technicians / Electromechanics in a modern manufacturing setting. You will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training, perform preventive maintenance, and learn to identify technical issues to support continuous improvements.

During the first year, you will work in a two-shift system (early/late) with the potential to cover night shifts after training, and you will join a Belgian family-run company with a strong focus on employee development and

Qualifications

• Technical education in Electromechanics or related field.
• Fundamentals of PLC, sensors, actuators, electricity, mechanics and pneumatics.
• Motivated to learn and develop through practical training.
• Hands-on mentality and problem-solving ability.
• Commitment to safety and accurate work.
• Good communication in Dutch or English.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvements in the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with team during training and after training period.
• Adhere to safety procedures and quality standards.
