Onze cliënt, een Belgische familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in buitenschrijnwerk, zoekt een Junior Maintenance Technician om de productie soepel te laten draaien. Je voert preventief onderhoud uit, identificeert technische problemen en ondersteunt continue verbetering.

Tijdens het eerste jaar werk je in een twee-shiftsysteem en volg je een interne training. Na de training ben je bereid nachtshifts te werken volgens het productie schema.

Qualifications

Technische opleiding vereist.
Geen ervaring vereist; open voor iedereen.
Beginpositie met on-the-job training.

Founded in 1948, our client is a Belgian family‑owned company specializing in exterior joinery. The group operates several production sites manufacturing aluminium, PVC and wooden windows, doors, garage doors, roller shutters and ventilation systems. The company is known for its modern production facilities, continuous innovation and long‑term investment in employee development.

Our client is looking for Junior Maintenance Technicians / Electromechanics who have a technical education and are motivated to develop their skills through comprehensive on‑the‑job training.

Without reliable maintenance, there is no quality! As a Maintenance Technician, you will help ensure the smooth operation of production by performing preventive maintenance, identifying technical issues, and supporting continuous improvements.

During approximately the first year, you will work in a two‑shift system (early and late shifts) while completing your training. After your training period, you must be willing to work night shifts as part of the regular production schedule.
