Job description

Amaris Consulting is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to join our team in Brussels as part of the V.I.E program. This is a great opportunity for a junior professional to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and digital transformation initiatives across diverse industries such as banking, insurance, and the public sector.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate functional and IT project streams to ensure smooth delivery from planning to deployment.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring they meet business expectations.
• Support testing phases (integration, UAT) and contribute to test case definitions.
• Lead or participate in project meetings, workshops, and steering committees.
• Ensure clear communication and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project risks and issues, propose mitigation plans, and escalate when necessary.

Your Profile:

• You are eligible for the V.I.E program and willing to relocate to Brussels.
• You hold a Master’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• First internship or work experience in project management, consulting, or IT is a strong plus.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• You are fluent in English and French – mandatory.
