Responsabilités

• Act as the main on-site contact for all HSE-related matters.
• Implement and maintain HSE procedures in line with corporate standards.
• Conduct daily safety audits and inspections.
• Coordinate medical checks and safety training.
• Manage the Permit to Work (PTW) process.
• Ensure timely ordering and distribution of PPE.
• Promote a safety-first mindset among all staff and contractors.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Our client is seeking a Junior Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Coordinator to support safety operations at a cutting-edge logistics site in Hamme. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on ensuring compliance with safety standards and promoting a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main on-site contact for all HSE-related matters
• Implement and maintain HSE procedures in line with corporate standards
• Conduct daily safety audits and inspections
• Coordinate medical checks and safety training (e.g., First Aid, PIT)
• Manage the Permit to Work (PTW) process
• Ensure timely ordering and distribution of PPE
• Promote a safety-first mindset among all staff and contractors
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
